Please thank the customer for calling today and inform them the following:

  • You should receive a confirmation email in the next 10-15 minutes with your ticket ID number. If you cannot locate this email, please check your spam, bulk or junk folder.
  • A customer service representative will reply to your ticket via email in the next 1-2 business days. Our customer service center responds to tickets Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM central standard time excluding Federal holidays.
  • Please check your email several times each day for updates to your ticket. You can always reply to your ticket email to add additional details.
